The Tees Valley Music Hub is looking for new volunteer board members to help shape the future of music education in the region.

They’re on a mission to create, develop, and sustain high-quality music opportunities for children, young people, and adults across Teesside. Their current board includes educators, local authority representatives, and partner organisations—but they’re ready to grow, and they need passionate individuals like you to support that journey.

Whether you’re a music lover, an education advocate, or someone with experience in fundraising, marketing, business development, or community engagement, your insight could help them reach even more young musicians.

🔑 Role: Board Member (Voluntary)
📍 Location: Hybrid (remote, with occasional in-person meetings in Teesside)
🕒 Time Commitment: Approx. 6–8 meetings per year, plus optional events or working groups

Who They’re Looking For:
They welcome individuals from all backgrounds, especially those who reflect the diverse communities they serve. You don’t need to be a music professional—just someone who:

• Cares about music and its ability to transform lives

• Has an interest in education, youth development, or community work

• Can offer skills in communication, collaboration, or leadership

• Brings experience in governance, fundraising, finance, or the arts (desirable but not essential)
