Would you like to help children living in poverty?

Together, we can meet their basic needs, give them a good night’s sleep and an equal opportunity at school.

Zarach are looking for individuals with family engagement experience with vulnerable adults and children. This could be from a social services, health and social care or education background. You must be willing to learn about bed poverty and enhancing sleeping routines.

Own vehicle is required to make initial visits to family homes or comfortable to car share with another volunteer. They will reimburse car travel costs and provide a lunch allowance.

Ideally volunteers would have a thorough understanding of safeguarding and reporting concerns.
Be organised, personable and can use their initiative as well as caring and empathetic to the people they support.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES – can be provided.
