Regeneration of Communities (RoC) is a community gardening group based at Saltersgill Allotment. They are dedicated to helping people grow their own food, work in harmony with nature, and become more self-sufficient through educational workshops. Their goal is to provide a welcoming, organic space where the community can learn the skills needed to grow food naturally and sustainably.
RoC practices organic gardening and follows a No-Dig method, working without chemicals and aiming to reduce, recycle, and repurpose wherever possible. They are always looking for like-minded individuals who want to help the community while learning about sustainable gardening practices.

RoC hosts Community Action Days on the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month. They can also accommodate small groups on prearranged dates, making it flexible for volunteers to get involved. Each session is a chance to work together, learn, and make a positive impact on the community and environment.
