* Attend monthly meetings
* Assist in the recruiting of a Treasurer, Secretary, Project Manager and Fundraiser Manager
* Ensure that all the unit's activities and matters are conducted legally and comply with charity regulations and MSSC policies and procedures.
This opportunity is based in Middlesbrough
We have children from 10-18 years of age who we train using Royal Navy disciplines and help them to become responsible adults. The object is to have fun while learning and as well as BTEC and DofE we have paddle sports, rowing, field craft and much more.
We have a junior section 10-12 years of age, cadets from 12-18 years of age which includes marine cadets.
The Unit is based at the East Lodge, Albert Park, Middlesbrough.
We are looking for a committed trustee to help raise the funds to run the Unit and provide a stable place for cadets to train and to help and assist when and where required. The trustee role includes liaising with various organisations to assist with the smooth running of the Unit.
