£100,209 funding impacts 11,905 lives on Teesside

Thanks to the unwavering support and dedication of our trustees, patrons, Infant Hercules Charity Club members, centurions and event attendees, we have successfully distributed a substantial amount of funding to support various initiatives across Teesside in the last quarter.

We are excited to announce that last quarter, we proudly distributed a total of £100,209 in funding, positively impacting the lives of 11,905 people right here on Teesside.

This funding was distributed through our Golden Giveaway, Teesside hero awards, grants and Hardship Fund.

With the cost of living crisis still significantly affecting families, we continue to see an unprecedented demand for our Hardship Fund. Last quarter we saw £11,423 distributed in hardship grants to ninety families in our area. We funded £4,497 for new beds for fifteen families, £2,111 for white goods for seven families, £1,005 for carpets for four families, £645 for emergency fuel vouchers for twenty families, £3,070 for emergency shopping vouchers for forty-one families, and £98 for school shoes.

This level of support would not be possible without our community of supporters. We couldn’t do this without you, and for that, we extend a heartfelt thank you. Together, we are making Teesside a better place to live, work and do business.
