From pitching to progress!

Patrons and members of our Infant Hercules Charity Club visited our previous Pitching for Purpose winners to witness firsthand the impactful ways their event funding has been put into action.

Clean Slate Solutions 

Clean Slate Solutions were awarded £1,412, and to date, they’ve allocated a portion of their funding to assist seven prison leavers in securing essential resources for their post-prison life.

Day one Trauma Support 

Day One Trauma Support directed their funds to sponsor five emergency grants benefiting individuals residing in TS postcodes. These grants encompassed essential needs such as travel, accommodation, clothing, or food.

Close Knit CIC

Close Knit CIC allocated their funding to the impactful Baby Connections Project, a comprehensive initiative spanning 12 months. This project is dedicated to supporting parents and fostering awareness about baby brain development.

Umbrella Hugs CIC 

Umbrella Hugs won £399, and they’ve already channelled these funds into supporting Jellystone (You Can) in Middlesbrough by sponsoring engaging arts and craft classes.

The Healing Share

The Healing Share secured £399 and promptly initiated complimentary Qigong Yoga and meditation gatherings every Friday. Additionally, they extended individualised Reiki sessions to those identified as in need, offering a holistic approach to well-being.

Boro Doughnut 

Boro Doughnut has used their £415  funding to purchase an attractive information sign which is a crucial and integral component of their community garden development strategy.

Queer Yoga North

Putting their funding to impactful use, Queer Yoga North is supporting their queer yoga sessions while also investing in literature for the Queer Base Book Club and acquiring arts and crafts materials to enrich the ‘Lavender Lounge’.
